WARRANTY

• General wear and tear is not covered.
• Damages caused by improper installation are not covered. Please contact us if unsure about fitting or operating the kit.
• Ensure proper alignment and protection of the wiring from the motor axle to avoid damage, which is not covered under warranty.
• Ensure the motor axle is fully seated in the bike’s dropouts, and the 21mm axle nuts are tightened securely. Damage from improper installation is not covered.
• When operating in full power mode, fitting a torque arm (sold separately) on both sides is highly recommended to prevent the axle from spinning within the dropouts, which could damage the wiring. This damage is not covered by warranty.
• The kit is not waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
• A 2-Week warranty is provided from the date of receipt.
• While this kit is known for durability, misuse, including jumps, impacts with curbs, exceeding the weight limit, or downhill riding, is not covered by warranty. The kit is best suited for smooth surfaces and light gravel paths.

NOTES

• Press the 'M' button on the LCD display to power on and unlock the full potential of the kit.
• Australian regulations require that the kit be limited to 250W and 25km/h on public roads. To comply, adjust the 'P08' setting to 25km/h in the LCD display. Hold the ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ buttons for 1 second after powering on the kit, then short-press ‘M’ to navigate through the ‘P’ settings until reaching 'P08.'
